Leon J. Hensen - CEO

Leon Hensen, Chief Executive Officer of ETAK Systems, joined the company in 2007.

Most recently, Leon held positions at U.S. Cellular as VP of Market Transitions, Regional VP of the Midwest Region, and Regional VP of the Central Region from 1997 to 2007.

Prior to joining U.S. Cellular, Leon served as Senior VP and General Manager of Palmer Wireless from 1986 to 1997. Leon served as VP of Engineering and Operations American Cellular Telephone for three years, and Rogers Radio Communications Service for ten years, from 1973 to 1983. He was also instrumental in the design and construction of the A BAND cellular system for Chicago.

Leon was also employed by Motorola in the Area Systems Engineering Group for three years.

Leon earned a BS degree in Technical Management from DeVry University and served in the US Army in Vietnam, earning a Bronze Star.
