Mitch and Hal Priestley founded ETAK Systems in 1997 to capitalize on the growth in the power infrastructure and engineering services associated with the Wireless Communications Industry.

In 1991 prior to ETAK Systems’ start-up, Mitch served with Assured Power, Inc. where he started a joint-venture in Mexico and spear-headed the company's efforts in the newly emerging wireless communications sector.

Mitch also served Piedmont Energy Systems, Inc. as an Account Manager for their industrial standby power systems division, preceded by employment with Boise Cascade, LLC and The World Trade Center.

Mitch holds a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte as well as a MBA degree in International Business from the University of Miami.
