Division Manager DC Power - Switching (NC location)
Job Description:
The manager for the DC Power Switching Division will be responsible in running the day to day operations of that Division within ETAK. This is to include ensuring profitability for jobs performed in the area of DC Power for telecom and wireless switching. This position requires 60% travel. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer of ETAK Systems. The DC Power Switching Division can operate from any of ETAK Systems, Inc locations. Responsibilities:
Regional Sales Manager (Southwest US, Midwest US locations)
Job Description:
The regional sales manager is responsible for indentifying new business in the region assigned by the President of Sales and Marketing. In this position the Regional Sales Manager will develop and maintain relationships with customers in the region, ensuring constant communication with the customers to expedite quick turn-around on quotes. This role also has a strong customer service component ensuring the complete satisfaction of the customers. The Regional Sales Manager will also team with the operations group, and others within ETAK with regards to quotes, customer satisfaction, and, individual job status. Further development in the sales area as defined by the President, Sales and Marketing. Responsibilities:
Engineer (OH & PA locations)
Job Description:
The Engineer primarily fills two rolls. The first roll is as a revenue producer through "Engineering Services" work. The engineer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of all assigned projects and development of the final products which include audit report documentation and recommendations. The second roll is to provide support to the DC Power Installation group on larger projects through the development of MOPs, material lists, and installation drawing as well as providing technical expertise. Additional support is provided to the sales group through the development of scopes of work and pricing. Responsibilities:
D/C Power Field Service Technician (All locations)
Job Description:
This is a field service technician position. The position requires continuous (100%) travel, sometimes carrying over several weeks, between multiple states and requires the technician to be able to perform his/her responsibilities at different hours of the day or night, to include split shifts. This position carries the following responsibilities, but may not be limited to just the following: Prepares hardware and equipment to be installed, for himself/herself or a higher level technician, equipment construction of battery racks, power plants and cable tray, or racking systems, performs simple test procedures, such as voltage and resistance tests, performs minor trouble shooting of equipment such as rectifiers, disconnects, power plants and battery plants, repairs minor problems found during the trouble shooting process, installs and upgrades components, parts, cable, equipment, and systems for backup DC Power. These items are limited to a non-hub site environment unless under the direct supervision of a level 3 or higher Responsibilities:
Battery Services Technician (OH, IL, and NC locations)
Job Description:
Technicians work with everything from DC power installation, battery back up installation and battery maintenance as well as ground resistance testing and field- related engineering services. Most jobs deal with +24V and/or -48V power systems with amperage ratings of 100 to 10,000 amps. AC and DC power experience is beneficial. You will be required to run and terminate all sizes of cable and be comfortable using various types of power tools as well as test equipment. Battery Services Tech's will either work with a team, performing load testing of DC Battery and Power Systems, or working independently to perform PMs on Battery Systems. Job Requirements:
