Mitch Timmons - President

Mitch Timmons, President and co-founder of ETAK Systems, has been in this position since 1997.

In 1997 Mitch and Hal Priestley founded ETAK Systems, Inc. to capitalize on the growing need for backup power services in wireless communications.

In 1991 Mitch accepted a position with Assured Power, Inc. where he started a joint-venture in Mexico and spear-headed the company's efforts in the newly emerging wireless communications sector.

Mitch was employed by Piedmont Energy Systems, Inc. as an Account Manager for industrial standby power systems; by Boise Cascade and by the World Trade Center.

Mitch has earned a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and an MBA degree in International Business from the University of Miami.
